本文以天津邮政速递物流公司为例,规划了天津地区物流公司海运口岸平台发展战略。文章首先对天津地区物流企业海运口岸平台建设的地域优势、资源优势、政策优势以及邮政物流的品牌优势进行了分析,提出了建设国际海运货代平台、开发增值业务以及开发“一大两小”新业务等实施路径,最后分析了海运口岸平台发展战略支撑体系。
