目的了解新疆生产建设兵团(简称兵团)第八师石河子市医疗机构6种法定传染病诊断报告的正确性及存在的主要问题,提出针对性整改措施,从而提高师与市的传染病报告质量。方法由新疆兵团第八师石河子市疾病预防控制中心设计调查表,对调查人员统一培训行业标准,按传染病国家诊断标准,对比各医疗机构的诊断报告,诊断报告依据不符合国家行业标准即视为不符合。结果本次调查病例3 519例,涉及14家团场和9家市区的医疗机构,6种重点传染病诊断报告符合率为26.05%;其中市区医疗机构符合率25.77%,以肺结核病符合率最高76.62%,最低为淋病0.00;团场医疗机构诊断符合率31.82%,亦以肺结核病符合率最高89.58%,最低为其他感染性腹泻、梅毒和淋病均为0.00;不同地区(χ2=2.79)、级别(χ2=65.96)的医疗机构诊断报告符合率差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论第八师石河子市各医疗机构对国家法定传染病的行业诊断标准掌握不清,导致近年来传染病报告发病率居高不下;应加强对医务人员传染病诊断标准的培训,提高传染病的报告质量,真实反映本地区的发病率。
Objective To understand the correctness and main problems of the six kinds of notifiable infectious diseases diagnosis reports in Shihezi Medical Institution, the eighth division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (Corps), and put forward some corrective measures to improve the quality of infectious disease reports of teachers and the city. The diagnostic rate of 31.82% was consistent with the medical institutions in the field. The coincidence rate of tuberculosis was 89.58%, the lowest was other infectious diarrhea, 0.00% for syphilis and gonorrhea. ) And grade (χ2 = 65.96), respectively. There was no significant difference in the diagnostic rates between the two groups (all P> 0.05). Conclusion The medical institutions in Shihezi City, the eighth division, have unclear grasp on the diagnostic criteria of the state’s legal infectious diseases, which has led to the high incidence of infectious disease reports in recent years.
