人民是文艺工作者的母亲,毛泽东曾指出,“人类的社会生活是文学艺术的唯一源泉”。“一切革命的文学家艺术家,只有联系群众,表现群众,把自己当作群众的忠实的代言人,他们的工作才有意义。”一切进步的文艺创作都应源于人民、为了人民、属于人民,一切进步的文艺工作者的艺术生命都源于同人民群众的血肉联系。在群众文艺创作中要坚持文艺惠民、文艺为民、文艺乐民,探索建立文艺服务群众的体系和机制,多创作适合基层群众需要的文艺作品,要坚持以群众为评价主体,制定科学评判标准和评价体系,使我们的文艺作品经得起历史和实践的检验,经得起群众和市场的检验。笔者结合多年的工作经验,对如何繁荣群众文艺创作进行了粗浅论述。
