目的分析膳食模式与超重、肥胖的相关性。方法开展膳食调查和一般情况调查,采用Logistic回归和膳食模式分析超重与肥胖的相关危险因素。结果 557名调查对象提取4种膳食模式:主食型膳食模式,占31.24%;动物型膳食模式,占28.01%;植物型膳食模式,占21.01%;“蛋豆”型膳食模式,占19.74%。4种膳食模式在超重、肥胖组和正常组的分布不同,差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.05,P<0.05)。膳食模式分析则显示,植物型膳食模式与超重、肥胖的发生呈负相关(OR=-1.80,P>0.05)结论超重、肥胖的发生发展与特定膳食模式有关。
Objective To analyze the correlation between dietary patterns and overweight and obesity. Methods To carry out dietary surveys and general survey, and to analyze the risk factors of overweight and obesity using Logistic regression and dietary patterns. Results 557 subjects extracted four dietary patterns: the staple food-based dietary pattern accounted for 31.24%; the animal-based dietary pattern accounted for 28.01%; the plant-based dietary pattern accounted for 21.01%; the “egg bean” -type dietary pattern accounted for 19.74 %. There were significant differences among the four dietary patterns in overweight, obesity group and normal group (χ2 = 19.05, P <0.05). Dietary patterns analysis showed that plant-based dietary patterns were negatively correlated with the occurrence of overweight and obesity (OR = -1.80, P> 0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of overweight and obesity was related to specific dietary patterns.
