以矿用隔爆外壳水压试验机液压系统为研究对象,利用AMESim软件进行建模仿真,得到调高油缸内液体压力的变化曲线和活塞杆的速度、位移大小及变化情况,为水压试验机液压系统的设计优化提供了新的方法。实验数据对比表明:AMESim软件的分析结果和实验数据基本吻合,能够缩短设计周期,避免设计错误,为液压系统设计提供新的手段和方法,并且可以节省大量的制造费用和时间,降低开发成本。
