连杆机构、凸轮机构及齿轮机构等均属于基本机构。利用基本机构作为传动机构或执行机构可以实现生产中提出的多种运动要求。但是,随着生产自动化程度的不断提高,单一的基本机构往往由于其构造型式等方面的限制而难以满足更为复杂的运动要求。在这种情况下,我们可以将几种基本机构组合使用,以便发挥它们各自的优点,满足生产过程自动化的各种需要。常见的组合机构有:凸轮-齿轮机构、凸轮-连杆机构、齿轮-连杆机构及带挠性件的组合机构等。现以轻纺机械中的典型组合机构为例介绍如下。一、凸轮-齿轮机构1.实现周期性的变速运动如图1所示,固装在原动轴O_1上的齿轮1和1′分别传动活套在轴O上的齿轮2和3;轮2上的凸销
Connecting rod mechanism, cam mechanism and gear mechanism belong to the basic mechanism. The use of basic mechanisms as actuators or actuators allows for a wide range of movement requirements in production.
