不振奋精神,搞好县级统计工作的愿望无从开始,意念还须为先。如何振奋精神,就是要让大家看到基层统计工作的光明前景和重要意义。在推进统计改革的进程中,县级统计工作必然是一个关键的环节,忽略了这个环节,改革不可能成功。其实我们可以换个角度,将加强基层统计工作的重点放在县级,而不放在乡镇。满足感情和归属需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求是统计人才工作的重点所在。

How to inspire people is to show everyone the bright future and significance of statistics at the grass-roots level. In the process of advancing the statistical reform, statistical work at the county level must be a crucial link. Ignoring this link, the reform can not succeed. Actually, we can look at it from another angle and focus on strengthening statistics at the grass-roots level at the county level instead of in the towns. To meet the needs of the feelings and attribution, respect and demand for self-actualization is the focus of statistical talent.
