在液压附件中,阀体(如图1)内孔槽位置尺寸的正确与否,对油路开、闭起着非常重要的作用。若某一尺寸超差,测试者应向操作者提供准确的数据,以便及时重新调整机床和刀具。因为阀体工作时起作用的部位是槽口,即要求槽口相互之间的位置尺寸应控制在规定的公差范围内(如图2)。加之某些阀体孔小、槽浅、精度高,因此,对其准确地测试已成为当前的一项关键。对于阀体内孔槽口位置尺寸的测量,无论是过去或现在,部属各厂多数采用常规测量方法,即采用专用样板控制最大和最小极限尺寸;采用一种专用量具进行直接测量;也有用“浇铸法”获得内孔槽的模型后,再用光学仪器对阀体模型进行测量。上述方法测量误差大、效率低。

The above method has large measurement error and low efficiency.
