目的:观察全蝎止痒汤内服联合曲安萘德注射液皮损内注射治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效。方法:A组采用口服全蝎止痒汤加减治疗,同时用曲安奈德注射液皮损内注射;B组口服依巴斯汀片,外治法同A组。结果:A组总有效率为86.1%,B组总有效率为72.2%,两组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:全蝎止痒汤加减内服联合曲安奈德注射液皮损内注射治疗结节性痒疹临床疗效明显,复发率低。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of decoction of total scorpion anti-itch soup and triamcinolone acetonide injection on the treatment of prurigo nodularis. Methods: Group A was treated with Oral Pa Scorpion Anti-Itch Decoction, while triamcinolone acetonide injection was injected into skin lesion; Group B was treated with oral administration of Bastine tablets and external treatment with Group A. Results: The total effective rate in group A was 86.1%, and the total effective rate in group B was 72.2%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Scorpio anti-itching Decoction combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection skin lesions within the injection of tuberculous prurigo clinical efficacy is obvious, the recurrence rate is low.
