轻钢结构整体装配式建筑是现代建筑工业化发展的主要方向,轻钢结构建筑具有施工速度快、抗震性能好、可循环利用等显著优势,并且,轻钢结构建筑自重轻、对基础地基要求低,可广泛适用于山地、河滩、沙地等软弱地质条件和复杂地形的地区。整体装配式的施工方法符合节能、节水、节材的环保要求,为绿色施工提供了可靠的保障。本文介绍了轻钢结构整体装配式建筑的优势及制约其发展的因素,提出了轻钢结构整体装配式建筑在行业应用中存在的问题,同时提出了几点解决问题的对策,旨在对我国轻钢结构整体装配式建筑发展能产生一些帮助。
