我单位的建筑工地点多、分散、而且相距较远。施工中所做的砂浆、混凝土试块,由于车辆的限制,不能及时送交中心试验室进行标准条件下养护,对检测R_(28)标养强度值有较大影响。尤其冬期施工,工地条件较差,对试块管理更加困堆。我们研究在某工地试做了简易试块养护坑,构造见图1、2,经冬期施工实试,效果较好。养护坑内的温度、湿度均能达到或接近标准养护的条件,对试块管理及试块强度正常增长起了一定的作用。将成型的试块及时送入养护坑内,暂时养护
The construction site of my unit is many, scattered, and far apart. The mortar and concrete test blocks made during the construction cannot be timely delivered to the central laboratory for maintenance under standard conditions due to the limitation of the vehicles, which has a great influence on the R_(28) standardization strength. Especially during the winter construction, the conditions of the construction site are poor and management of the test block becomes more difficult. We have studied and tried a simple test block conservation pit at a construction site. The structures are shown in Figures 1 and 2. After the winter construction test, the results are good. The temperature and humidity in the conservation pit can reach or approach the standard conservation conditions, which has played a certain role in the management of the test block and the normal growth of the test block strength.
