茜草对骨骼具有红染效果,但不知道采食茜草是否会改变骨生物力学性能和骨中无机质的含量。因此,本文建立茜草饲喂大鼠的动物模型,采用万能材料力学检测仪、电感耦合等离子质谱和光谱仪检测大鼠股骨的生物力学性能和骨中无机质的含量,并应用高效液相色谱分析骨中红色物质。其结果发现:饲喂茜草6个月后,10%和15%组大鼠股骨骨干生物力学性能参数值显著高于对照组;骨中钙、镁和锌的含量显著高于对照组大鼠;但15%组大鼠肾脏淤血和充血,血液中尿素氮和肌酐含量与对照组大鼠之间差异显著;经分析得出大鼠骨骼中的红色物质是一种类茜草素的物质。以上结果说明:饲喂茜草6个月后,日粮中10%含量的茜草对大鼠无毒性,并能加强大鼠骨骼生物力学性能和增加骨中无机质的含量。

The results showed that the parameters of biomechanical properties of the femoral shaft in 10% and 15% groups were significantly higher than those in the control group after feeding madder for 6 months; the contents of calcium, magnesium and zinc in the bone were significantly higher than those in the control group; However, in 15% of rats, there was significant difference in the congestion and congestion of the kidneys between the two groups. The blood urea nitrogen and creatinine content were significantly different from that of the control group. The red matter in the rat bones was a kind of material of the class of alizarin. The above results show that after feeding madder for 6 months, the 10% diet of Madder is non-toxic to rats and can improve the biomechanical properties of the bones and increase the content of inorganic substances in bone.
