教学管理的有效性将直接影响课堂的教学效率,在教学管理过程中,教学过程管理则是重点,它将直接影响教学目的的达成度和学生的学习效率。就初中物理而言,教师、学生、教材三个要素共同构成了教学过程,教师如何整合教材、在分析学生的基础上来进行教学是保证教学有效不可或缺的要素。从教师备课、学生管理和组织课堂教学三方面进行简单论述。
The effectiveness of teaching management will directly affect the efficiency of classroom teaching. In teaching management process, teaching process management is the key point, which will directly affect the achievement of teaching objectives and students’ learning efficiency. As far as junior high school physics is concerned, the three elements of teachers, students and textbooks constitute the teaching process.
