The U.S.Patent and Trademark Office (U.S.PTO) is a subsidiary of the U.S. Department of Commerce and has been incorporated into EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS). Patent attorneys, patent attorneys and other relevant intellectual property managers will greatly benefit from full-text searches of USPTO patent data and patent application data in EDS.
