当前,我国人口老龄化进程不断加快,养老问题日益成为制约社会发展的全局性问题。随着市场经济的深入,社会转型的进行,家庭结构的变化,传统的养老方式已经不能满足当前我国老年人的养老需求。与此同时,国外的“以房养老”模式不断发展成熟,成为了养老保障系统的重要组成部分。因此,将“以房养老”这一舶来品引入我国,使其成为我国现有养老保障体系的有效补充,不但能缓解国家、家庭面临的庞大养老负担,还能完善健全我国的社会保障体系。
At present, the process of population aging in our country is accelerating constantly. The problem of providing for the aged is increasingly becoming a general problem that restricts social development. With the deepening of market economy, the social transformation, the change of family structure, the traditional way of pensions can no longer meet the current needs of the elderly in our country. In the meantime, foreign countries have continuously become mature and become an important part of the old-age security system. Therefore, the introduction of imported exotic products into our country as an effective complement to the existing pension system in our country will not only relieve the huge pension burden facing the country and the family, but also improve and perfect our social security system .
