一、数字化是档案信息资源开发与利用的基础(一)数字化是一项基础性工作。档案信息资源的数字化作为一项基础性工作,并非一蹴而就,它是一个循序渐进的过程,是要通过不断努力加以实现的过程。在此过程中,档案信息资源建设需要对档案进行准确鉴定、立卷归档、科学分类、系统整理等基础性工作。档案工作者要及时、准确、客观地收集档案信息资源,并将文件、图纸、照片、录音和录像等原始的记录转化为可用的档案信息,并将其数字化,为档案信息资源开发
First, the digital archive is the basis for the development and utilization of information resources (A) of digital is a basic work.
