目的 观察传统治疗糖尿病的古方金匮肾气丸对糖尿病大鼠多元醇代谢的影响。方法 采用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)糖尿病 (DM )大鼠模型 ,给予金匮肾气丸灌胃 ,并以氨基胍对照 ,疗程 8周。观察其对糖尿病坐骨神经组织和红细胞醛糖还原酶活性 (AR )和山梨醇(SNS)浓度及大鼠坐骨神经传导速度的影响。结果 经金匮肾气丸治疗后 ,糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经和红细胞SNS浓度、坐骨神经AR明显降低 ,坐骨神经传导速度增快 ,和对照组比较差别显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。红细胞内AR有降低的趋势 ,但无统计学意义。结论 金匮肾气丸能够改善糖尿病大鼠多元醇代谢 ,可能对糖尿病周围神经病变有一定的作用
Objective To observe the effect of Gufang Jinkui Shenqi Pill, a traditional treatment for diabetes, on polyol metabolism in diabetic rats. Methods STZ-DM (DM) rat model was used to administer Jinkui Shenqi Pills and control with aminoguanidine for 8 weeks. Observed its effect on diabetic sciatic nerve tissue and erythrocyte aldose reductase activity (AR) and sorbitol (SNS) concentration and conduction velocity of rat sciatic nerve. Results After treatment with Jinkui Shenqi Pill, the concentration of SNS in sciatic nerve and red blood cells, the sciatic nerve AR, and the sciatic nerve conduction velocity in diabetic rats were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Erythrocyte AR decreased, but it was not statistically significant. Conclusion Jinkui Shenqi Pill can improve the polyol metabolism in diabetic rats and may play a role in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
