研究生媒体人是研究生校园媒体发展成绩的创造者和见证者,其品质素养直接决定了研究生校园媒体的质量水准,其认识态度直接影响到研究生校园媒体的精神底蕴。本文以2012年湖北省研究生媒体调研为基础,了解当前研究生媒体人才培养现状,厘清研究生媒体人才培养的发展思路,探索科学化、规范化的研究生媒体人才培养模式。
The graduate media people are the creators and testers of the development achievements of the graduate campus media. The quality literacy directly determines the quality level of the graduate campus media, and its cognition directly affects the spirit of the graduate campus media. Based on the investigation and study of graduate students in Hubei Province in 2012, this article is to understand the current situation of the cultivation of talented people in postgraduate media, to clarify the development train of thought for the training of talented people in postgraduate media, and to explore a scientific and standardized training model for postgraduate students.
