目的:评价阴道彩超的使用对于早期输卵管异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析妇产科三年中随机抽取的68例输卵管妊娠病人的临资料进分析。结果:诊断的符合率为100%,误诊率为0。结论:使用彩色超声多普勒仪器进行阴道检查,可以直接贴近盆腔的脏器,不受其他外界因素干扰,是准确及时地发现早期输卵管异位妊娠的最主要方法。
Objective: To evaluate the value of vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of early tubal ectopic pregnancy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of obstetrics and gynecology in three years randomly selected 68 cases of tubal pregnancy in patients with clinical data analysis. Results: The diagnostic coincidence rate was 100% and the misdiagnosis rate was 0. Conclusion: The color Doppler instrument for vaginal examination can be directly close to the pelvic organs, free from interference from other external factors, is the most accurate and timely way to find the most important method of early tubal ectopic pregnancy.
