Establishing legal belief is the rational foundation for building a harmonious society. Realizing social fairness and justice is a solid foundation for building a harmonious society. Fair justice is the fundamental guarantee for building a harmonious socialist society. We should uphold and implement the guidelines of “fair judicature and serving the people wholeheartedly” and regard fairness and justice as the overall objective of all legal activities and provide good judicial guarantees for the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
