1995年7月6日至7月9日,华东片第五届培训教育工作协作会在安徽省歙县召开。人事部考核培训司副司长、中国继续工程教育协会秘书长成银生出席了会议并作了报告。华东七省二市人事、科干部门培训教育工作负责同志30人参加了会议。安徽省人事厅对此会非常重视,副厅长张文和自始至终参加会议并全面介绍了安徽省的培训教育工作,同时强调在省人事厅的机构变动中,培训处不但会保留而且要加强。成银生就参加第六次世界继续工程教育
From July 6, 1995 to July 9, 1995, the fifth training and education work collaboration meeting of East China Film was held in Pixian County, Anhui Province. Ministry of Personnel Assessment Training Division Deputy Director, China Continuing Education Association Secretary-General Cheng Yinsheng attended the meeting and made a report.
