氏等曾以灵杆菌作吸附剂,吸附流行性肝炎病毒,借凝集反应诊断流行性肝炎,视病程不同阳性结果在31-75%之间;与氏同样以猪霍乱杆菌作吸附剂,氏曾用变形杆菌OX_2作吸附剂均获得类似结果。作者鉴于付伤寒甲不产生自凝集,当地付伤寒甲极为少见,因而试用了杀死的付伤寒甲杆菌作吸附剂,结果同样良好。试用中测定81名各种疾病患者对付伤寒甲的凝集价,证明绝大多数均在1:10以内,仅部份为阳性1:10(++)。抗原备制:取含流行性肝炎病毒血清3毫升加等量付伤寒甲菌液(每毫升含菌30亿),置室温下40分钟;随后放置2-4℃冰箱内约18小时,然后置每分钟2500转离心器内旋转30分钟,沉淀物用6毫升生理盐水洗滌两次,最后加生理盐水2毫升作成混悬液,每毫升约含菌40亿,供作抗原。抗体则采用病程在45天以上的典型流行性肝炎患
