1.前言三明钢铁厂小轧钢车间,于1980年搬迁投产后,技术上年年有进步。1981年生产φ8、φ10mm盘条15493t,1985年已增长到43136t。为了用60mm方坯轧制φ6.5mm线材,生产适销对路的产品,厂领导决定进行适当改造,以提高经济效益,进一步增强企业活力。 2.改造方案经对几种设想方案的分析比较,决定将原φ315mm二连轧改为四连轧,即K_7~K_(10)连轧。改造前后的机列布置如图1所示。 2.1 方案的优缺点
