以炉内传热机理为基础,建立了炉内传热简化数学模型.实验证明,该模型简化合理、计算结果可靠.为满足现场优化控制的要求,经分析确认钢(荒)管壁厚、钢种、入炉温度和再加热炉的产量为优化控制必须考虑的参数.
Based on the heat transfer in the furnace, a simplified mathematical model of heat transfer in the furnace was established. Experiments show that the model is simplified and reasonable, and the calculation result is reliable. In order to meet the requirements of on-site optimal control, it is confirmed through analysis that the wall thickness of the steel (waste) pipe, the steel type, the temperature of the furnace and the output of the reheating furnace are the parameters that must be considered in the optimization control.
