目的:探讨病毒性肺炎与T细胞亚群的关系。方法:对137例病毒性肺炎患儿进行外周血T细胞亚群检测,同时对56例重症病毒性肺炎患儿进行了胸腺肽和常规对照治疗观察。结果:呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)和副流感病毒感染时,CD3、CD4均有明显下降,CD4/CD8比值下降,比例失调,导致免疫功能低下,而引起一系列病理和临床变化。胸腺肽治疗组疗效明显,与常规治疗组相比,有显著性差异。结论:胸腺肽对提高患儿细胞免疫功能有显著作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between viral pneumonia and T cell subsets. Methods: Thirty-seven children with viral pneumonia were tested for T cell subsets in peripheral blood and 56 children with severe viral pneumonia were treated with thymosin and conventional control. Results: Infection with RSV, ADV and parainfluenza virus, CD3 and CD4 were significantly decreased, the ratio of CD4 / CD8 was decreased, and the ratio was imbalanced, resulting in a decrease of immune function, which caused a series of pathological and pathological changes Clinical changes. Thymopeptide treatment group was significantly effective, compared with the conventional treatment group, there was a significant difference. Conclusion: Thymosin plays a significant role in improving cellular immune function in children.
