纤维素—壳聚糖薄膜是为电活性纸(EAPap)执行期生产的,本文研究了壳聚糖和不同类型的自由离子(即Cl-,NO3-和CF3COO-)对电活性纸动作行为的影响。本文解释了薄膜纸的制造过程,并对其以执行期的弯曲位移为指标作了性能检测。经研究发现,壳聚糖的含量和自由离子的类型对执行期的顶端位移有影响。在所有离子中,Cl-是最佳的自由离子,并且解释了细部观察值。通过把壳聚糖层压在纤维素薄膜上,纤维素电活性纸执行器的湿气灵敏度降低。
Cellulose-chitosan films were produced for the electroactive paper (EAPap) execution period. The effects of chitosan and different types of free ions (ie Cl-, NO3- and CF3COO-) on the electro-active paper behavior were studied influences. This paper explains the manufacturing process of film paper, and tests its performance by using the bending displacement as an index. The study found that, chitosan content and the type of free ions on the implementation of the top displacement have an impact. Of all the ions, Cl- is the best free ion, and detailed observations are explained. By laminating the chitosan on the cellulose film, the moisture sensitivity of the cellulose electroactive paper actuator is reduced.
