膀胱反射低下或无反射可源于神经原性膀胱,亦可由下尿路自主神经系统不平衡所致。后者刘氏等称之为“膀胱无力综合征”,最近我们遇到1例,经用肾上腺素能抑制剂治愈,报告如下。病例报告女,41岁,排尿不畅伴尿频尿痛10年,常需腹压排尿,多次检查尿常规均正常,尿培养阴性,神经系统检查正常,无糖尿病史。膀胱镜检查正常,外院曾拟尿道综合征给予尿道扩张10余次症状未见缓解,于1988年4月20日入院。入院后尿动力学检查(sw(?)型尿动力学系列仪,第三军医大学研制),结果:残余尿60ml,膀胱容量450ml,冷热感觉存在,逼尿肌
