生态城市作为持续探索人与自然和谐相处、经济持续发展、社会和谐进步的重大实践,已成为人类实现可持续发展的战略选择。上街区第十次党代会明确提出建设生态新城的战略目标。在生态新城的建设中,空气质量是备受关注的民生焦点之一,以专业视角解析上街区大气污染防治方面的得与失、思与悟,以期能对上街区生态新城建设有所助益。
As an important practice of continuously exploring the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, sustainable development of economy and social harmony and progress, eco-city has become the strategic choice for mankind to achieve sustainable development. The 10th Party Congress on the Street clearly proposed the strategic goal of building an ecological new town. In the construction of eco-city, air quality is one of the focuses of people’s livelihood, which has drawn much attention. With a professional perspective, the gains and losses in the prevention and control of air pollution in Shangjie district are analyzed and thoughtfully realized so as to be beneficial to the construction of eco-city in Shangjie district .
