过去搞杨树室内人工杂交多是科研单位在温室条件下进行;许多生产单位由于没有温室而无法进行,因此影响了杨树人工杂交技术的普及和推广。近年来,我们在一般室内(常温条件下)搞杨树人工杂交试验获得了成功。目前已培育出加×唐,加×北等组合的杂交苗木。这种方法简便易行,一般生产单位都可以通过这种方法培育出适合自己条件的杂交杨苗木来满足生产需要。现将我们几年来在这项工作中的体会简介如下:
In the past, poplar indoor artificial crossbreeding was mostly carried out by scientific research units under greenhouse conditions.
