用膨胀法配合显微组织分析研究了含铌基体钢6Cr4W3Mo2VNb(简称65Nb钢)的过冷奥氏体等温转变.探讨了珠光体转变出现两个“鼻温”的问题.对不同温度下转变产物的显微组织作了初步分析.本文还研究了铌对基体钢转变动力学的影响.
The supercooled austenite transformation of 6Cr4W3Mo2VNb (abbreviated as 65Nb steel) containing niobium was investigated by means of dilatometry and microstructure analysis, and two problems of “nasal temperature” appeared during transformation of pearlite were discussed. Of the microstructure for a preliminary analysis of this article also studied the impact of niobium on the transformation of matrix steel kinetics.
