第一章总则第一条为规范城市住宅区物业管理,保障业主及使用人和物业管理企业的合法权益,创造和保持安全、整洁、文明、舒适的居住环境,根据国家有关法律、法规、结合本省实际,制定本条例。第二条本省城市规划区域内相对集中的居住区的物业管理及其相关活动,适用本条例。第三条县级以上人民政府房地产行政管理部门应当加强本行政区域内物业管理的监督管理工作。
