伴随着我国国民经济的发展和房改政策的实施,房地产行业已经逐步成为了国民经济的主导力量。然而,接踵而至的全球经济危机给我国的市场经济带来重大打击,房地产行业形势不容乐观,在这之中最为严重的是其人力资源管理现状体现出的弊端。房地产企业想要在谋求更高经济效益的同时,兼顾在复杂多变的市场中保留并拓展自己的一席之地,就必须要克服自身人力资源管理人才流失、机制不健全等问题,必须要在树立企业文化,重视人力资源管理。在企业中树立正确的管理思想,以推进本行业人力资源管理水平为目标,营造更好的企业文化环境,从而获取更大效益。
