目的建立一种准确、简便测定抗氧化片中α-硫辛酸含量的分析方法。方法用高效液相色谱仪对抗氧化片供试液中的α-硫辛酸进行含量测定。结果该方法线性范围:3.568～107.04μg;重现性为RSD=2.3%;加样回收率:98.65%(RSD=0.46%)。结论用HPLC法测定抗氧化片中α-硫辛酸平均含量为4.77%。方法简便,重复性好。
Objective To establish an accurate and simple method for the determination of α-lipoic acid in antioxidant tablets. Methods The content of α-lipoic acid in test solution of antioxidant tablets was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The linear range of this method was 3.568 ~ 107.04 μg. The reproducibility was RSD = 2.3%. The recovery rate was 98.65% (RSD = 0.46%). Conclusion The content of α-lipoic acid in anti-oxidant tablets was 4.77% by HPLC. The method is simple and reproducible.
