噻烷丙胺(Tiapamil)是钙通道阻滞剂,其化学结构与戊脉安相似。笔者用随机、双盲法比较噻烷丙胺和双氢克尿噻(HCTZ)抗高血压作用。 30名受试者,年龄44~80伴有中度高血压病(世界卫生组织标准Ⅰ~Ⅱ期)参加并完成试验。试验前患者至少一周停止其它治疗,再给安慰剂片二周。然看给予有效药物每日二次,连续三周,分次给HCTZ25~50mg或噻烷丙胺300~600mg或给最大量,直到仰卧舒张期血压不高于12kpa(90mmHg)。结果药物治疗后,仰卧收缩期血压噻烷丙
Tiapamil is a calcium channel blocker with a similar chemical structure to verapamil. I use a randomized, double-blind comparison of thiazine propylamine and hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) antihypertensive effect. Thirty subjects, ages 44-80 with moderate hypertension (WHO criteria I-II) participated and completed the trial. Patients were stopped for at least one week before the test and placebo tablets for two weeks.
