目的分析老年糖尿病患者血糖检验价值。方法研究对象选取本院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的88例糖尿病患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各44例。对照组患者按照患者自身的医院接受血糖检测,研究组患者每周定时接受血糖检测。两组患者采取相同的治疗手段干预,对治疗前后的血糖以及糖化血红蛋白指标结果进行观察对比。结果3个月的随访结果可见,研究组患者的血糖水平较对照组差异具有显著性(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗依从性明显优于对照组,对比差异同样显著(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者接受规律的血糖检验有助于提高患者的治疗依从性、提高血糖控制水平,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the value of blood sugar test in elderly diabetic patients. Methods Subjects Eighty-eight patients with diabetes mellitus admitted from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases). Patients in the control group were tested for blood glucose according to the patient’s own hospital, and patients in the study group were given weekly blood glucose tests. Two groups of patients to take the same treatment intervention, before and after treatment of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin index results were observed and compared. Results The 3-month follow-up results showed that the blood glucose level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The treatment compliance of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion The elderly patients with diabetes mellitus receive regular blood glucose test can help improve patient compliance and improve blood sugar control, which has high value.
