再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)的骨髓象不论急性型或慢性型的表现为造血细胞如粒系统、红系统与巨核细胞随着受损的程度而减少,而“非髓细胞”如淋巴细胞、单核细胞、浆细胞、网状细胞、组织嗜碱细胞增多。在形态学方面则没有什么特殊表现。诊断此类疾病时还需结合临床密切观察,我院发现1例10年慢性“再障”病人的骨髓象中出现了一些特殊变化,现报告如下:
