大豆株高、主茎节数和分枝数在F_2代的分离,因杂交组合不同,遗传背景不同,表现不同特点。总的看来,三种株形性状均属于较简单数量遗传,F_2与亲子代均呈显著正相关,F_2株形性状基本上都与当代或子代产量因素呈密切正相关,而产量性状在亲子代间的相关值,多数组合不显著。在早世代进行株形性状的间接选择,比直接选择产量因素更有效一些。但是组合间差别较大,对于不同遗传变异特点的组合要区别对待。
Soybean plant height, number of stems and branches in F_2 generations of the separation, due to different hybrid combinations, different genetic backgrounds, showing different characteristics. In general, the three plant traits belong to the simpler genetic population, F_2 and parent-child generation were significantly positive correlation, F_2 plant shape traits are basically and contemporary or offspring yield factors are closely related, and the yield traits in Parent-child inter-related values, most combinations are not significant. Indirect selection of plant-shape traits in earlier generations is more efficient than direct selection of yield factors. However, the differences between the combinations are large, and the combinations of different genetic variations should be treated differently.
