腰痛是中老年特别是老年人的常见病,是一种使人很痛苦,给人生活行动带来极其不便的病,不少腰痛者上床,下床疼,坐着、躺下疼,躺着坐起疼,站着坐不下,坐下起不来,干一点活疼,尤其是拖地、扫地更是疼,有的甚至在床上躺着翻不了身,疼的不能入睡。导致腰痛的原因很多,而肾虚则是主要的和遍的,所以治腰的根本是强肾,止痛的关键是固肾,因为腰为肾为府,腰痛与肾有着密切关系,肾虚腰必痛。强肾、固肾的功法较多,其中推肾、搓肾效果较好,现分别介绍:
