随着互联网技术的不断发展成熟与完善,一些不良分子也参杂进网络媒介,大肆传播色情、恐怖、民族矛盾、国家分裂等危害社会稳定的不良信息,给民众、尤其是青少年心里造成了严重伤害。本文将从网络传播的利弊分析着手,研究网络传播的特点和基本途径,提出建立网络传播的基本道德规范和行为准则,为净化网络、传播生态文明提供一些参考。
With the constant development and maturity of Internet technologies, some undesirable elements are also complicit in the online media and wantonly spread bad information that endangers social stability such as pornography, terrorism, ethnic conflicts and national disintegration, thus causing serious problems to the general public, especially young people hurt. Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of network communication, this paper studies the characteristics and basic approaches of network communication, puts forward the establishment of the basic ethics and code of conduct for network communication, and provides some references for purifying the network and spreading ecological civilization.
