自《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》颁布实施以来,建设项目职业病危害评价作为职业病危害前期预防工作的重要组成部分越来越受到重视。建设项目职业病危害评价对有关气象条件的分析评价的要求是应用气象学知识对气象条件和气候特征进行分析,通过分析气象条件与企业总体布局和总平面设计、企业工程防护措施、防暑防寒措施、应急救援预案的编写、工业企业卫生防护距离和扩散控制、特殊气象条件等诸多关联信息的关系,才能得出正确的职业病危害防护结论。作者对气象条件在建设项目职业病危害评价中的关联作用进行总结,旨在为此类评价工作提供理论参考。
Since the promulgation and implementation of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, occupational disease hazard assessment of construction projects has drawn more and more attention as an important part of prevention work of pre-crisis occupational diseases. The requirements for the analysis and evaluation of relevant meteorological conditions in construction project occupational hazards assessment are to apply the knowledge of meteorology to analyze the meteorological conditions and climatic characteristics. By analyzing the meteorological conditions and overall layout and general layout of enterprises, the protective measures of enterprise engineering, Emergency rescue plan preparation, industrial enterprises, health protection distance and proliferation control, special meteorological conditions and many other related information in order to draw the correct conclusion of occupational hazards. The author summarizes the related role of meteorological conditions in the evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects, and aims to provide a theoretical reference for such evaluation.
