目的 :观察黄芩茎叶总黄酮及部分单体对 L A795细胞的抑制作用。方法 :MTT微量酶反应比色法。结果 :黄芩茎叶总黄酮及其主要单体成分野黄芩甙在 2 5μg/ml浓度下对 LA795细胞的活性抑制百分率分别为 2 5%和 9%。结论 :黄芩茎叶总黄酮及野黄芩甙对肿瘤细胞活性有一定的抑制作用
Objective : To observe the inhibitory effect of total flavonoids and some monomers of Scutellaria baicalensis stem cells on L A795 cells. Methods : MTT trace enzyme reaction colorimetry. RESULTS: The percentages of inhibition of LA795 cell activity by Scutellaria baicalensis stem and leaf total flavonoids and its main monomeric component Astragalus membranaceus at a concentration of 25 μg/ml were 25% and 9%, respectively. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of Fructus Cicadae and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi have a certain inhibitory effect on the activity of tumor cells.
