企业在未来的发展和正常经营受到企业财务管理的直接影响,其是企业经营管理的关键。在企业的整个经营过程中财务管理的作用至关重要,其关系着企业的命运,是企业经营活动顺利开展的前提条件。企业的财务管理模式随着颁布和实施的新会计制度,也面临着新的挑战。本文针对新会计制度下的财务管理模式存在的问题进行适当的分析,提出完善企业财务管理模式的建议。
