利用TC21钛合金热压缩实验数据,根据Murty失稳判据建立失稳图,确定失稳变形组织的热变形参数边界条件。将该热变形参数边界条件与DEFORM-3D有限元软件相结合,模拟了不同变形条件下失稳变形组织的产生和变化情况。微观组织观察表明模拟结果和实验结果吻合较好,说明该方法预测的结果是可靠的。
The experimental data of hot compression of TC21 titanium alloy are used to establish the instability diagram according to the Murty instability criterion to determine the boundary conditions of the thermal deformation parameters of the instability deformation. The boundary conditions of the thermal deformation parameters were combined with DEFORM-3D finite element software to simulate the occurrence and variation of instability deformation under different deformation conditions. The microstructure observation shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, indicating that the prediction results of this method are reliable.
