方诗铭(1919—2000),我国著名历史学家。1919年出生于四川成都一个读书做官的富裕家庭。家中藏书甚丰,从小在父母熏陶下开始翻阅古书,经史子集、志怪传奇,无所不读,打下厚实的国学基础,也对历史产生浓厚的兴趣。在进入齐鲁大学之前,先生就很喜欢读《古史辨》,对顾颉刚先生十分崇敬,因而选择上古史作为专业。抗战时期山东齐鲁大学迁至成都,当年顾颉刚在齐鲁大学历史系开设《中国地理沿革史》、《春秋史》二课,先生都选读。
Fang Shiming (1919-2000), a famous historian in our country. Born in 1919 in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, a wealthy family to study as an official. The family has very rich collection of books. From an early age, he began to read ancient books under the influence of his parents. Through his collection of history books and magical mythology, he has laid a solid foundation of Chinese culture and also has a keen interest in history. Prior to entering Qilu University, Mr. like to read “ancient history identified”, very respectful of Mr. Gu Jiegang, thus choosing the history of the Middle Ages as a professional. During the war of resistance against Japan, Qilu University in Shandong moved to Chengdu, when Gu Jiegang opened the History of Geographical History of China and Spring and Autumn History in Qilu University.
