目的观察常规重组人胰岛素治疗糖尿病疗效和安全性。方法 97例糖尿病患者随机分为2组,观察组48例给予常规重组人胰岛素治疗,对照组49例给予生物合成人胰岛素治疗;治疗8周后,测定2组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平,并比较2组治疗期间低血糖事件、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,2组患者糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组低血糖事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规重组人胰岛素治疗糖尿病可达到与生物合成胰岛素相同的降糖效果,其疗效满意、安全。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of routine recombinant human insulin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods Ninety-seven diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups: 48 in the observation group and 48 in the control group, respectively. In the control group, 49 patients were given biosynthetic human insulin therapy. After 8 weeks of treatment, 2 groups of HbA1c, fasting blood glucose, Blood glucose levels, and compared two groups of hypoglycemic events during treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the levels of HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose and postprandial 2h blood glucose in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Conventional recombinant human insulin can achieve the same hypoglycemic effect as biosynthesis insulin in the treatment of diabetes, and its efficacy is satisfactory and safe.
