在植物组织培养中,生长激素对器官分化有特别重要的作用,但不同植物和材料之间,对生长激素的反应有很大差异。在油菜上,虽有将幼茎(Kartha等1974),花序轴及花器(上海植生所,1977)分化成苗的报道,但对分化成苗的影响因素研究极少。本文主要研究激素种类、不同浓度以及不同激素配组使用和另加生长素、GA3对油菜茎苔段(以下简称苔段)器官分化的影响,同时探明其分化成苗的实用价值。材料和方法以甘兰型油菜勺叶青品种为材料,待苔高70~80cm时(苗龄150天左右),取上中部长约15cm左右的幼嫩苔段进行培养。用B5培养基为基本培养基,附加不同
In plant tissue culture, growth hormone plays a particularly important role in organ differentiation. However, the response to growth hormone varies greatly from plant to plant. In rapeseed, although young shoots (Kartha et al., 1974), inflorescence axes and flower organs (Shanghai Institute of Plantation, 1977) were differentiated into seedlings, few studies have investigated the influencing factors of differentiation into seedlings. In this paper, we studied the effects of different hormones, different concentrations of hormones and GA3 on the organ differentiation of rapeseed moss (Brassica campestris), and also proved the practical value of differentiating into seedlings. MATERIALS AND METHODS The young greens of Brassica campestris var. Rapa were used as materials.
