相对主职而言,副职是配角,要自觉服从而不盲从;相对其他副职而言,都是班子的一员,既要分工又要协作;相对下属而言,则是分管领导,是分管工作的“主职”。副职只有正确处理好三者之间的关系,才能扮演好自己的角色,敢于担当,发挥作用。
