我局在房屋抗震加固工程中,通过实践与试验,构造柱与砖墙采用了“压浆锚杆”的联结方法,取得了良好的效果。联结大样见图1及图2。与现行通用参考图集GC02大样的试件对比,其具体做法如下: 1.水玻璃砂浆配合比: 水玻璃:水:水泥:砂等于0.01~0.06∶0.6∶1∶0.4~0.8,采用这样的配合比稠度适宜,强度可以保证。 2.压浆锚杆锚固,锚杆不宜使用圆钢,因圆钢与水玻璃砂浆握裹力较差。 3.采用16锰φ10作锚杆,通过拉拔试验,均系钢筋拉断,破坏强度在3890~4200公斤之间,如要
