目的观察中链甘油三酯(MCT)对C57BL/6J小鼠棕色脂肪组织的影响。方法选择4-5周龄C57BL/6J雄性小鼠30只,随机分为中链甘油三酯高脂组(MCT),大豆油高脂组(LCT)及普通饲料对照组,每组10只,喂饲15周。观察研究前后各组间小鼠体质量、饲料消耗量及食物功效比、棕色脂肪组织重量差异以及解偶联蛋白-1(UCP1)表达水平的变化。结果研究结束时,MCT高脂组小鼠的体质量、体脂肪量显著低于LCT组(P<0.05),饲料消耗量MCT组和LCT组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),MCT组棕色脂肪组织重量及UCP1蛋白表达量显著高于LCT组。结论 MCT可促进棕色脂肪组织增殖,提高棕色脂肪组织UCP1的表达,增强棕色脂肪组织的产热功能,从而抑制高脂饲料诱发的C57BL/6J小鼠体质量增加和体脂肪积累。
Objective To observe the effect of medium chain triglyceride (MCT) on brown adipose tissue in C57BL / 6J mice. Methods Thirty male C57BL / 6J mice aged 4-5 weeks were randomly divided into medium-chain triglyceride high-fat group (MCT), high-fat soybean oil group (LCT) and normal feed control group, Feeding for 15 weeks. The body weight, feed consumption and food efficiency, weight difference of brown adipose tissue and the expression level of uncoupling protein-1 (UCP1) in mice were observed before and after the study. Results At the end of the study, body weight and body fat mass were significantly lower in MCT hyperlipidemic mice than those in LCT group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in feed consumption between MCT group and LCT group (P> 0.05) Group brown adipose tissue weight and UCP1 protein expression was significantly higher than the LCT group. Conclusion MCT can promote the proliferation of brown adipose tissue, increase the expression of UCP1 in brown adipose tissue and enhance the thermogenic function of brown adipose tissue, so as to inhibit the increase of body weight and body fat accumulation in C57BL / 6J mice induced by high fat diet.
