研究了在0.1mol/LHCL体系中用双波长分光光度法同时测定对乙酰氨基酚和对硝基酚的含量,对硝基酚的最大吸收为318nm,线性范围为0~30mg/L;对乙酰氨基酚的测定波长为240nm,参比波长为358nm.此法已用于合成醋氨酚生产过程中上述二组份含量的测定,回收率为92%~106%,相对误差±8%.方法快速,操作方便.
The simultaneous determination of paracetamol and p-nitrophenol by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry in 0.1 mol / LHCL system was studied. The maximum absorption of p-nitrophenol was 318 nm and the linear range was 0-30 mg / L. The measured wavelength of acetaminophen was 240 nm and the reference wavelength was 358 nm. This method has been used for the determination of the contents of the above two components in the process of synthesis of acetaminophen. The recovery rate is 92% -106% and the relative error is ± 8%. Fast method, easy to operate.
